Job Summary

This critical role requires an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide a team of approximately five IT specialists responsible for the comprehensive system administration of a major industrial park operator. Day-to-day duties involve coordinating the stable operation and continuous evolution of a complex hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows, Linux, M365/Azure environments. The Team Lead will be essential in developing and implementing concepts for new IT solutions, migrations, and operations, while also providing expert 2nd and 3rd-level technical support. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, proven expertise in Microsoft Server technologies, PowerShell scripting, and virtualization (VMware vSphere). Success in this position requires a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, including at least three years in a technical leadership capacity.
