Job Summary

This role involves taking on management and consulting tasks for customer projects within the Project Services department, focusing on implementing digital solutions, primarily within the healthcare sector. The specialist will oversee the entire solution lifecycle, providing both technical and professional support to clients. Key responsibilities include planning, leading, and managing projects using internal tools, performing customization and technical implementation of in-house Document Management System (DMS) applications, and providing comprehensive remote and on-site training and consultation to clients. The ideal candidate brings a background in IT project management or consulting, preferably in healthcare, coupled with experience in technical solution implementation and strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers an open-ended contract, flexible working hours (37-hour week with flextime), mobile working options, and the chance to contribute to the digital transformation of the German healthcare system.
