Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal employees regarding IT issues within a company dedicated to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, qualifying, and accurately documenting all requests within the ticketing system. A core function is independently resolving known issues as the First-Level Supporter. For more complex problems, the specialist will pre-check the issue and act as the crucial interface, escalating matters to higher support tiers and specialized departments. Additionally, the role includes actively supporting system maintenance using monitoring tools and contributing to the team's knowledge base by creating clear, understandable articles. Candidates must possess IT training or a comparable qualification, professional experience in IT support, and strong command of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications. Strong German proficiency is mandatory.
