Job Summary

This role involves working as a Power Electronics Engineer within a pioneering, family-owned automation company focused on PC-based control technology. The primary responsibilities include the analysis and development of concept studies for low-voltage power electronic circuits, the advancement of innovative rectifier topologies to boost efficiency and power density, and the design of line filters and EMC concepts for power electronic systems. Candidates will also model and simulate circuit parts, analyze AC/DC power distribution systems (Power Grids), and conduct lab commissioning and testing. The ideal candidate holds a degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, preferably specializing in Power Electronics, and possesses strong analytical skills, foundational knowledge of control engineering, and proficiency in both German (Fluent/C1) and English (Intermediate/B1).
