Job Summary

This role offers an excellent entry point into the world of Cyber Security within a continuously growing, owner-managed family enterprise specializing in innovative PC-based automation systems. The Junior IT Security Specialist will engage in a broad spectrum of activities, ranging from analyzing and processing IT Security Incidents and proactively evaluating security-relevant logs, to implementing and supporting modern IT-Security solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across IT, OT, and Cyber Security domains, performing penetration testing, and securing identified vulnerabilities. The position involves active participation in international IT Security projects and contributing to the global IT Security strategy. Candidates should possess a relevant degree or IT qualification, foundational experience in IT base technologies (Infrastructure, Network, Identity), and a strong interest in current cyber threats and security topics like EDR/XDR, SIEM, and Cloud Security.
