Job Summary

This role involves driving the technological future of automation systems by focusing on power electronics development within a family-owned, international high-tech company. The Power Electronics Engineer will be responsible for developing and analyzing concept studies for low-voltage power electronic circuits, specifically investigating and advancing innovative rectifier topologies to maximize efficiency and power density. Core tasks include designing mains filters, creating robust EMC concepts for power electronic systems, and modeling/simulating circuit parts before performing laboratory commissioning and testing. Key requirements include a degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics, coupled with in-depth knowledge of control engineering and the ability to communicate clearly within interdisciplinary teams. This position offers significant creative freedom and the chance to define technological standards for future products in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
