Risk Manager | Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves supporting the expansion and continuous development of risk management processes for a leading international automation technology company. The Risk Manager will work closely with executive management to define the corporate risk policy and develop specific risk guidelines. Key responsibilities include designing and continually updating risk assessment models, defining precise Risk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and continuously monitoring their development. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing internal and external risk insurance, covering contract coordination, administration, and claims management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics or Industrial Engineering) and possesses at least five years of professional experience in risk management within an international industrial environment. Strong analytical skills and fluency in both German (C1) and English (B2 minimum) are essential for success in this high-impact position.
