Job Summary

This role is crucial for supporting and optimizing the core business processes at a leading international automation specialist, focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system. As an Inhouse Consultant, you will be the central point for D365 support, handling tickets via DevOps, analyzing bugs, and processing support emails. A major part of the job involves analyzing, conceptualizing, and testing new requirements from specialist departments, performing FIT/GAP analyses, and managing process tests during system releases. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting key user training, particularly in D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), and creating comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, or possesses relevant vocational training with an ERP focus.
