Job Summary

This role involves training, mentoring, and guiding apprentices throughout their entire apprenticeship in electronics, focusing primarily on the first and second years. The trainer will prepare, conduct, and follow up on theoretical and practical lessons, fostering a motivating learning environment. Essential qualifications include a completed apprenticeship in electronics or a related field, professional experience, and strong pedagogical skills with the ability to convey knowledge effectively to young adults.
