Job Summary

This role involves training, mentoring, and guiding apprentices throughout their entire apprenticeship in electronics, focusing primarily on the first and second years. Key responsibilities include creating and continuously adapting the training program, developing tailored learning content, and defining learning objectives. The trainer will prepare, conduct, and follow up on theoretical and practical lessons, fostering a motivating learning environment. Essential qualifications include a completed apprenticeship in electronics or a related field, professional experience, and strong pedagogical skills with the ability to convey knowledge effectively to young adults. A completed master craftsman school (Werkmeister) or higher technical school (HTL) is advantageous, as is the qualification certificate according to the Vocational Training Act, which must be obtained if not already included in prior education. Required Skills

Education
