Job Summary

This role involves training apprentices in the Technical Excellence Lab, focusing on future-oriented technical topics using evidence-based teaching methods. The instructor will be responsible for developing and continuously adapting the apprenticeship curriculum, creating tailored learning content, and defining clear learning objectives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, conducting, and following up on theoretical and practical lessons, managing technical equipment, and maintaining material and tool inventories. The ideal candidate possesses a technical apprenticeship in Electronics, preferably with a Master Craftsman certification or an HTL degree, and experience in microcontroller technology and embedded systems. A key requirement is having or obtaining an instructor certification within six months, coupled with strong social competence and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to fostering young talent.
