You will be responsible for conducting foundational and supplementary courses, administering examinations, and creating or updating essential training documentation. A key part of the job involves ensuring the training program remains current by integrating new technical developments, utilizing innovative teaching methods, and contributing to digitalization efforts, including participation in software testing. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training, preferably in an electrical or mechanical discipline, coupled with relevant professional experience. Strong technical comprehension and excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying knowledge, and the willingness to obtain a Train-the-Trainer certification is required for this permanent, full or part-time position.
