Job Summary
This role seeks a highly professional IT Onsite VIP Support Specialist to provide comprehensive, end-to-end technical assistance for executives and VIPs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and requests, performing Break-Fix/Swap services, proactive maintenance, and managing asset data. A key component involves providing specialized support during events, travel, and presentations, often requiring on-call availability and personal accompaniment. Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in hardware and Windows environments, coupled with exceptional soft skills for handling confidential information and personalized executive needs. Required qualifications include relevant IT experience, proficiency in technical documentation, and fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
Experience
- At least 1 year of practical experience in the IT environment (within the last 3 years)
- Experience in Break Fix/Swap Service
- Experience in IT support for executives or VIPs (preferred)

- Requires Driver's License Class B (Manual transmission); Ability to handle confidential information; Fixed-term contract duration.
