Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in field and lifecycle services, supporting a leading international IT service provider. You will be responsible for providing customer support and handling configuration queries for Apple iPhones and iPads, alongside executing comprehensive MAC-D (Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities. Key responsibilities include the installation, setup, and commissioning of a wide range of IT components, such as PCs, notebooks, various printers, mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners, strictly following order systems. A significant part of the job involves managing and resolving incident tickets through Break Fix Services, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth operations within Field and Lifecycle Services. Candidates must have a completed relevant IT education or at least one year of recent practical experience, possess basic networking knowledge, and be proficient in using ticketing systems. Strong communication skills, self-reliance, and a Class B driving license are essential for success in this customer-facing role.

Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in an IT-related field

Experience

  • 1 year of practical experience in the IT field within the last 3 years (or completed vocational training)
  • User experience in a ticketing system or comparable documentation workflow
  • Experience in solving simple network problems
  • Experience in cabling and connecting IT devices
  • Experience with independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
  • Experience in on-call duty
