Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician involves providing comprehensive on-site and remote support for a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks include supporting customers with Apple iPhone and iPad configuration, executing MAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete), and setting up, installing, and commissioning a wide range of IT peripherals, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and scanners. You will be responsible for handling break/fix tickets, ensuring smooth Field and Lifecycle Services, and meticulously documenting all interactions. Key qualifications include a relevant IT education or at least one year of recent practical IT experience, basic networking skills, and proficiency in using ticketing systems. Experience

  • Experience with independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
  • Experience in on-call duty
