Job Summary

This role involves working as a System Engineer, providing comprehensive IT services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for system and network administration, managing Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, and delivering 1st and 2nd Level support for both hardware and software issues. Key tasks include user account and permission management, and implementing new IT software solutions within client businesses. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with strong experience in IT administration and infrastructure, and profound knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple server systems, as well as MS-Exchange and cloud technologies. This position offers an attractive 4-day work week (34.5 hours), flexible working hours, home office options, and an opportunity for professional development, with a salary up to €75,000.
