Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing high-quality support to end-users. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the service point, handling IT support tickets, resolving Request for Service (RFS) inquiries, and performing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and network technologies. A key focus is on escalating complex technical issues and providing expert resolution. The ideal candidate possesses a structured work approach, comprehensive knowledge of common Windows operating systems, and a strong understanding of network technologies, specifically switching and Layers 1 through 3. This full-time position in Ingolstadt offers an unlimited contract with the option for direct takeover by the client, flexible working hours, extensive training, and 30 days of annual leave.
