Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the pharmaceutical industry as an IT Support Specialist based in Geretsried or Neutraubling. The core responsibilities include managing the company's IT infrastructure in collaboration with external service providers, serving as the primary IT contact for internal employees, and delivering both First and Second Level Support. You will also be responsible for ensuring First Level Support for external customers, maintaining the organization's communication systems, and accurately creating and updating all essential IT documentation. Ideal candidates should possess a completed IT degree, relevant vocational training, or suitable qualifications as a career changer, coupled with a highly structured and independent work ethic and a strong passion for diverse IT topics. This position is initially offered through temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent employment.
