Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive onsite support for client workstations and peripheral devices within a Windows and iOS environment at an established industrial company in Nünchritz. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling fault resolution, performing basic software installations and assignments, and providing critical 2nd Level Support for Windows clients, iOS devices, and printers. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, IP telephony) and initial experience in networking, specifically switching and patch distribution.
