Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service (DaaS) for prominent industrial companies across Germany. Based in Munich, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations directly on the customer's campus. Day-to-day tasks involve managing service point inventory, provisioning loaner notebooks according to specifications, and handling equipment distribution (e.g., headphones, conference phones). You will also provide essential telephone support during mobile rollout projects and coordinate appointments. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and has knowledge of mobile device and PC/notebook hardware. Good German language skills and a Class B driving license are required. This position offers a long-term perspective, potential specialization, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
