This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career as an IT Service Technician Operator in Neckarsulm, working for a specialized IT Services and Engineering solutions company. In this full-time role, initially structured as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, you will be crucial in maintaining operational stability. Your daily responsibilities include the permanent monitoring of selected IT systems and applications, immediate response to security threats, and rapid identification and isolation of system warnings and errors. You will also manage routine IT tasks and meticulously document all operating processes, including the qualification and prioritization of IT documentation. Key qualifications include a strong customer, solution, and service orientation, foundational knowledge of IT Operation and ITIL, and practical experience in implementing service concepts. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and very good English proficiency are mandatory for success in this international environment, which offers flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
