Job Summary
This position in Neckarsulm seeks a proactive leader to take on the Service Delivery Manager role, initially through temporary employment with the strong option for permanent takeover. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager in maintaining customer relationships and handling contractual matters, while taking full ownership of escalation management. A key focus is the continuous, cross-functional development of existing IT services. The manager will provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to the IT Service Team, act as the central interface to clients, lead customer and project meetings, and rigorously ensure the adherence to all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education and practical experience in steering Service Desks, utilizing ticket systems, and implementing established service concepts. The role offers stability, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and extensive opportunities for professional development in a challenging environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training in the IT field, a similar technical vocational training, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Experience with Remote Support, steering Service Desks, and handling ticket systems
- Practical experience in diverse operating situations
- Experience functioning as an interface to customers and contract partners
- Experience with established service concepts and processes
- Desirable experience with work contracts, service contracts, and service/operating manuals
