Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to ensure a smoothly functioning IT infrastructure within an international, high-tech manufacturing environment located in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level on-site support, managing user applications, and configuring complete workstations. Key daily tasks include installing Windows 10 operating systems and software, performing updates, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting all technical steps. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), technical understanding, organizational skills, and initial practical experience in IT support.
