The IT Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including aligning with specialist departments on ongoing contracts, optimizing the service portfolio based on needs, and adapting existing service agreements. A key focus is building and expanding existing process landscapes, ensuring documentation and quality verification, and establishing a Service Desk based on ITIL principles. Candidates should possess a strong IT background, experience in project execution, and deep understanding of infrastructure and communication processes (such as data center operations, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Windows Client & Server, and Workplaces). Strong communication skills and social competence are essential for coordinating service level management and IT service management activities.
