Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing IT services for an IT company specializing in IT services and security solutions in Munich. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including aligning with specialist departments on ongoing contracts, optimizing the service portfolio based on needs, and adapting existing service agreements. A key focus is building and expanding existing process landscapes, ensuring documentation and quality verification, and establishing a Service Desk based on ITIL principles. Candidates should possess a strong IT background, experience in project execution, and deep understanding of infrastructure and communication processes (such as data center operations, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Windows Client & Server, and Workplaces). Strong communication skills and social competence are essential for coordinating service level management and IT service management activities. This full-time position offers flexible working hours, the option for home office, and an unlimited contract, making it an attractive opportunity for long-term security and professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Clerk) or similar qualification; ITIL Certification (ideally)
Experience
- Experience in the execution of projects
- Professional experience in the IT sector (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT customer advisor, IT system electronics technician, IT system clerk, IT service technician, information electronics technician) or similar qualification
- Experience in tendering IT services or hardware and software (ideally)
