Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an On-site First Level IT Support Specialist based in Munich East, initially offered through temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent employment. The core function of this role involves providing crucial direct support, including VIP assistance, focusing on problem analysis and resolution for existing installations, media technology, and print services. The specialist will also be responsible for customizing systems and executing necessary software rollouts and updates. The ideal candidate should possess a completed vocational qualification in IT system integration, IT system electronics, or a related field, coupled with initial practical experience in onsite customer support. Essential technical competencies include strong familiarity with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, as well as experience managing mobile devices, media technology, and printer administration. This position offers a competitive annual salary up to €38,000, excellent public transport access, and the major benefit of having no required weekend work.
