As an IT Service Technician, you will be crucial in providing onsite support, focusing on rollouts, hardware and software provision, and 1st and 2nd level IT support directly in the field. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving disruptions, managing technical escalations, and performing general IT support duties, including the installation and configuration of hardware and software. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with knowledge of current operating systems like Windows 10 and common hardware/software.
