This role is perfect for a technically skilled professional eager to implement and maintain modern access control and time recording systems. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system deployment, including installation and configuration of halion products on customer systems and managed servers, alongside the setup, maintenance, and updating of time recording hardware. Key responsibilities include providing crucial First and Second Level support via phone, email, and remote maintenance, meticulously documenting support tickets, and collaborating with internal development teams and external partners to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or commercial background, strong knowledge of IT system technology, business software, and middleware, and is proficient in both German and English, ensuring smooth system operation and high customer satisfaction.
