Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital HR transformation and redesigning the HR system and process landscape for a major logistics provider. The successful candidate will strategically build and continuously develop the HR IT architecture, focusing heavily on SAP SuccessFactors. Key responsibilities include analyzing, harmonizing, and digitizing HR payroll processes, implementing system integrations, and optimizing HR processes using Lean Management, automation, and AI solutions.
