This role involves leading the digital HR transformation and redesigning the HR system and process landscape, focusing heavily on SAP SuccessFactors. The incumbent will strategically build and continuously develop the HR IT architecture, analyze, harmonize, and digitize HR payroll processes, including system integration for initial projects.
