Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital HR transformation and redesigning the HR system and process landscape, focusing heavily on SAP SuccessFactors. The incumbent will strategically build and continuously develop the HR IT architecture, analyze, harmonize, and digitize HR payroll processes, including system integration for initial projects. Key responsibilities include project management for HR IT initiatives (like system migrations and rollouts), optimizing HR processes using Lean Management, automation, and AI solutions, and implementing digital HR tools (e.g., Digital Personnel File, E-Ticketing). The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in IT Management or a related field, comprehensive experience in IT HR project management, especially with SAP SuccessFactors, and strong stakeholder management skills.
