Job Summary

This role involves specialized hardware engineering for electrical switchgear within pharmaceutical plant automation, focusing specifically on highly available freeze dryers and automated loading systems. The Hardware Planner will be responsible for CAD/CAE-supported planning, preferably utilizing EPLAN P8, based on established standards. Key day-to-day activities include integrating PLC controls and supporting the entire lifecycle of the solution, from initial power-up to successful commissioning at the client site. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with software development and production teams to ensure seamless, practical automation solutions. Candidates should possess a relevant electrical engineering background and demonstrable practical experience, coupled with proficiency in both German (Fluent) and English (Basic) for technical documentation and team communication.
