Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Technician specializing in Linux and Networks, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, managing service requests and resolving support tickets. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, providing network support for DHCP and routing, and performing initial Linux system administration tasks such as user management and log analysis. You will be responsible for the installation of software, profile setups, and maintaining IT hardware and telecommunications equipment. Experience

  • Initial professional experience in IT Support and User Help Desk (1st Level)
  • Practical experience in Linux administration tasks such as user management and log analysis is preferred
  • Experience using ticket systems and remote support tools for troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in installing software and configuring user profiles
  • Experience in supporting network-related issues including DHCP and routing
