A key focus will be coordinating and overseeing external maintenance work and actively contributing proposals to optimize the efficiency of building systems concerning energy, environment, and cost. Candidates should possess a completed technical education, such as an Electrician or similar field (refrigeration, HVAC, building management systems), and have practical experience with these technical installations. The position offers a permanent, tariff-regulated employment contract with long-term assignment stability and the goal of permanent takeover by the client.
