This role involves working for a market leader in the aerospace engineering sector, specifically focusing on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft. Based in a physical laboratory in Langenhagen, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and evaluation of material analyses and testing procedures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing microsections and tensile bond samples, performing hardness and microhardness tests, and conducting microscopic evaluations. You will also operate analog testing equipment and X-ray analysis tools while documenting all findings in the computer system.
