This role involves comprehensive testing and preparation of modern rail vehicles for operational readiness. Day-to-day tasks include performing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic function checks according to test instructions, documenting results, and creating detailed protocols and error lists. A core responsibility is the analysis and resolution of complex faults using circuit diagrams, specifications, and technical drawings, covering pneumatics, electrics, software, and climate control systems. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Electrical Technician or equivalent, possesses experience with electrically active components, and is comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. This position offers exciting projects, continuous process optimization involvement, and requires shift work and solid German language skills.
