This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues at a major municipal utility provider in Ulm. Day-to-day, you will accept, prioritize, and record service requests via phone, email, and ITSM systems. You will be responsible for resolving first-level tickets, managing SharePoint access rights, and providing comprehensive support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook and calendar configurations. Required Skills

Education
