The specialist will develop and implement solutions like Budget Impact Models, Simulations, Data Reports, and Dashboards, translating complex medical processes into economic and operational insights to demonstrate the value of healthcare interventions. Day-to-day tasks involve working directly with clients to translate needs into clear scoping documents, developing Excel-based models and business cases, and overseeing the implementation of complex decision-analytic models (e.g., Markov, discrete event simulation) by third parties. The role also requires strong analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data, supporting pre-sales activities, and mentoring team members, making it ideal for a professional with expertise in health economics, data analysis, and client-facing consultancy.
