Based in a specialized laboratory near Frankfurt, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, from conducting pre-sales demonstrations and feasibility studies to providing post-sales training and technical troubleshooting. Your daily activities will involve hands-on lab management, ensuring instrument readiness, and performing complex spectral data interpretation for FTIR, FT-NIR, and Raman microscopy. You will act as a vital bridge between commercial teams and clients, translating technical requirements into practical solutions. This position is ideal for a scientist who enjoys a mix of laboratory work and field engagement, as it requires approximately 50% travel.
