Job Summary

The Salzgitter Digital Solutions GmbH is seeking a specialized Team Lead for Operational Security to technically guide and develop the operational security areas within their Global Secure Networking department. This role, based in Salzgitter, involves leading a team of approximately ten employees across critical security domains including Antivirus (AV), Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), PKI, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing incident responses, ensuring process development, and monitoring KPIs for compliance and effectiveness. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or IT Security and possesses proven experience in Security Operations, Incident Handling, and Threat Intelligence, along with strong analytical skills and fluency in German and good English proficiency.
