Job Summary

This role is for a specialized Team Lead in Operational Security, responsible for the technical leadership and development of critical security domains within a major IT service provider for the Salzgitter Group. The successful candidate will provide functional (non-disciplinary) leadership to a team of approximately ten employees, focusing on areas like Antivirus (AV), Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), PKI, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Day-to-day tasks include prioritizing incidents, ensuring process maturity, monitoring KPIs for compliance and effectiveness, and contributing to projects for new security solutions. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or IT Security, multi-year experience across several operational security areas (AV, SOC, PAM, Vulnerability Management), and demonstrable knowledge in Incident Handling and Threat Intelligence.
