Job Summary

The Salzgitter Digital Solutions GmbH is seeking a specialized Team Lead for Operational Security to manage and advance the operational security domains within their 'Global Secure Networking' division. This role involves the technical leadership and steering of critical security areas including Antivirus (AV), Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), PKI, and Privileged Access Management (PAM), overseeing a team of approximately ten employees. Key responsibilities include prioritizing incident responses, ensuring compliance, monitoring KPIs, and developing security processes and tools. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or IT Security and possesses demonstrable, multi-year experience in at least two operational security domains. This position requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively across interdisciplinary teams, contributing significantly to the group's secure and stable IT environment.
