Job Summary

This Associate Business Manager role supports the digitalization efforts within the Customer Solution Unit responsible for the healthcare IT provision of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and fixed-term until the end of 2028. Day-to-day tasks involve contributing to unit business management, initiating, conceptualizing, and administering essential collaboration tools, including MS-SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence. The manager will also coordinate and organize various events, workshops, and meetings, and provide crucial organizational and IT support for onboarding service providers at the Bonn and Meckenheim locations. Candidates must possess a completed university degree or equivalent qualification, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong communication skills, ideally complemented by a project management certification.
