Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician for Dräger Medical ANSY GmbH, focusing on installing, maintaining, and repairing life-saving medical technology in hospitals and laboratories. Key daily tasks include the independent installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of medical systems such as operating room lights, media supply systems, and external gas supply systems. The technician will also be responsible for the final acceptance and commissioning of these systems on-site, ensuring proper documentation, and acting as a primary contact for customers regarding required services. Candidates should possess a completed technical education (e.g., as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or Plant Mechanic) and practical experience in customer service, ideally with pressurized gas systems or electro-mechanically controlled plants. The position requires regional travel (up to 2 hours driving distance) using a company car, making organizational talent and strong, solution-oriented communication skills essential for success.
