Job Summary

As an IT Process Manager for Configuration & Change Management at Dräger, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a transparent global IT landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the operational processes for Configuration Management, including the maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and managing the Change Management lifecycle. You will lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, approve changes, and drive continuous process improvements. The role requires developing an agile roadmap for these processes in alignment with ITIL best practices and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also implement process improvements within the ITSM tool, create reports, and conduct training sessions for colleagues. Required Skills

Education
