Job Summary

As an SAP Customer Service Data Specialist at Dräger, you will be the central authority for service-relevant data within a global digitalization project. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing service master data—such as equipment, material, contract, pricing, and tax tables—across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft CRM. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting support tickets from international subsidiaries, identifying interface errors, and implementing data-driven solutions. Working within an agile product team, you will participate in international co-creation sessions, manage mass data updates, and support global rollouts by collaborating with local key users on data migration strategies. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, IT Clerk) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Extensive experience using SAP systems, specifically SAP CS or equivalent modules
  • Experience working within agile product teams and cross-functional environments
  • Experience in identifying and resolving interface errors and technical support tickets
  • Experience collaborating with local key users during international software rollouts
