Job Summary

This role involves serving as a technical clerk within the Electrical Engineering division of the Building Management department, focusing on the maintenance and structural support of electrical systems (Cost Group 440 DIN 276) across various public facilities like schools, pools, and administrative buildings. Day-to-day tasks include assessing, commissioning, monitoring, and billing maintenance and repair measures for electrical systems, including lightning protection, emergency lighting, charging infrastructure, PV systems, and elevators. The specialist will also handle disturbance reports, conduct site inspections for safety compliance, assist with tender preparation, and manage small construction changes. This position requires a certified Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician, strong proficiency in German (C1), and experience in construction project management and public procurement law (HOAI/VOB).

Required Skills

Education

State-certified Electrical Engineering Technician OR Master Electrician certification

Experience

  • Professional experience in assessing, monitoring, and billing maintenance measures in electrical engineering
  • Experience with recurrent testing and maintenance of electrical systems (e.g., DGUV V3)
  • Experience in construction project management (Desirable)
  • Experience in all service phases of HOAI and public procurement law (Desirable)
