Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by managing and developing IT solutions for critical Human Resources (HR) processes. The Customer Solution Manager will work closely with the HR department of the Bundeswehr, focusing on requirements analysis, conceptual design of business processes, and the implementation of new and existing IT solutions along the entire application lifecycle. Key responsibilities include providing technical and methodological consulting on digitalization measures, conducting workshops and requirement analyses, and ensuring successful project execution and reporting. Candidates must possess a background in IT or HR management, coupled with at least two years of experience as an HR consultant in IT projects, strong knowledge of agile methodologies, and expertise in market-standard HR systems and processes.
