This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking a permanent position providing critical on-site support within a professional, often scientific, IT infrastructure environment in Bonn. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, addressing technical inquiries and resolving IT issues directly. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software components, alongside meticulous documentation of support requests and solutions within a ticketing system. A key focus will be troubleshooting and error analysis within Windows 10 and Windows 11 client environments. To succeed, you must possess a completed IT vocational qualification, several years of professional IT support experience, and excellent command of Microsoft operating systems and standard software.
