Job Summary

This role seeks an Instrumentation and Control Technician (or equivalent Electrician) to join the IFAS team in Leuna, Germany, offering a permanent contract and a €500 welcome bonus. The core responsibilities involve continuous and preventative maintenance, cyclical servicing, and operational checks on plant technical systems within the Leuna works. Key tasks include monitoring functions, evaluating measurement results, troubleshooting complex system failures using operational documents like circuit diagrams, and developing technical solutions for component repair and replacement. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably as an Instrumentation and Control Technician, and demonstrate basic knowledge of PLC, measurement, and control technology. The position requires a reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible individual with good German language skills (minimum B2 level) and mobility, ideally holding a Class B driver's license.
