This role seeks a dedicated Instrumentation and Control Technician to join a team focused on maintaining technical operations at the Leuna chemical plants. The primary day-to-day responsibilities involve executing running and preventive maintenance, conducting cyclical checks, and ensuring the functional monitoring and evaluation of complex measurement systems. You will be responsible for effective troubleshooting, fault analysis using operational documentation such as circuit diagrams and data sheets, and implementing necessary repairs, component replacements, and system recommissioning. The ideal candidate has successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, and possesses basic knowledge of PLC and measurement/control technology.
