As the Group Lead for Crane and Power Plant Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous functionality and availability of critical plant components. Your daily activities will involve analyzing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency, overseeing the commissioning of new systems, and managing fault analysis and reporting. You will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to your team, fostering a collaborative environment while managing optimization projects and ensuring plant safety. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Power Plant Technology.

Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience in analyzing complex problems and implementing innovative technical solutions
  • Experience in the planning and execution of plant optimization projects

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Mandatory German language skills at B2 level. Must be willing to participate in a telephone on-call rotation after an intensive induction period.
