Job Summary
This role is for an experienced 2nd Level IT Support Specialist based in Düsseldorf, working for a leading IT service provider. The core focus involves resolving complex technical challenges for demanding clients within an innovative environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incoming software and hardware malfunctions, classifying, prioritizing, and documenting these incidents within a ticketing system. The specialist will initiate measures, conduct detailed error analyses, offer solutions, and provide first-line assistance via remote support. When necessary, issues are escalated to subsequent units. Key qualifications include a completed IT vocational training or equivalent, strong affinity for IT, and proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365. This position offers a long-term perspective with the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract, along with intensive onboarding and opportunities for professional development.
